NORTH TAPANULI (SUMUT) SABTANEWS.COM – The 0210/North Tapanuli Military District Command (Kodim) held free haircuts for children displaced by the natural disaster at the Sibalanga and Parsingkaman Village Refugee Posts, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, on Saturday (3/1/2026). This activity was carried out as a form of the TNI's concern for the social and psychological conditions of children affected by the disaster. The free haircut activity was carried out ahead of the resumption of teaching and learning activities on January 5, 2026.
